Tuna and Melon

Ingredients:
3 oz packed tuna in water
1 Tbs light mayo
1 cucumber chopped
1 small tomato sliced
1 cup cantaloupe or honeydew melon
4 pieces whole wheat Melba toast

Instructions:
Mix tuna, mayo, and cucumbers. Serve over tomato slices. Enjoy with fruit or Melba toast.
