Vanilla Protein Cake Recipe

Quest Vanilla Protein Cake

1 cup of Quest Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup Almond Flour
4 tbs of zero calorie sweetener
2 3/4 cups unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tbs Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a small bowl mix dry ingredients
In a separate bowl mix wet ingredients.
Add wet to dry and mix well.
Bake for 20 mins or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before frosting.

Frosting

1/2 cup Quest Vanilla Protein
5 oz Cream Cheese
2 tbs zero calorie sweetener
1 tsp Vanilla extract

Mix all together until smooth.
